Nice gem in the rough. Not a traditional mexican restaurant but something unique. I spent a couple minutes thinking about what I would order and was really happy with the steak burrito and chile relleno. Both were super tasty. The burrito was a little sparse but the meat and tortilla were just right. The relleno was above average and I'd love to have that again.
Love this place! It's an old staple in our town. It's not authentic Mexican food, so don't plan on eating here if that's what you are looking for. What you will find here is amazing, tasty, fast-food style Mexican grub! My go to dish is the mixed enchilada dinner that includes rice and beans. Everything about that meal is tasty. I know many past residents who come to Delano just to eat here and others who visit family who wouldn't dare come here without stopping in for their delicious eats. Inexpensive, fast and tasty. Why go anywhere else?
Great food and service it's not very authentic but it's close enough they have a variety of items to choose from super nachos are my favorite highly recommend feeds 2 or one hungry person.

A quick and hearty meal on the road doesn't have to be greasy or hard to digest. It can be a very well made simple burrito with plenty of meaty chunks! This was a pleasant discovery. A nice place to grab a simple and satisfying meal when traveling in the area.
Taco Factory is the best place for tacos and nachos cheese in the whole wide world. I drive from Bakersfield to Delano which is a 30 mile drive just to eat their awesome food, they have secret spices in the food for taste which they don't give the formula away, especially in their nacho cheese. I think I will go right now just thinking of that wonderful place to eat.
